Here Is What We Need To Get Started for Therapy

The state of Missouri requires a prescription for physical therapy which can be written by a doctor, nurse practitioner, or chiropractor.  Please have FAX prescription to 314-474-0118  or bring it in person to your first appointment.

Recent X-rays

In order to provide accurate Schroth assessment we need to see the actual image of your most recent x-ray that shows your whole spine while standing. We will do detailed measurements to determine the classification of your curve which will then direct your exercises. 
  • For adults, imaging within the past 2 years is preferable
  • for kids/teens, 6-12 months.
Please bring a copy of your images to your first appointment or contact us  about sending them ahead of time.
