Memberships are slot-specific, meaning you’ll reserve a recurring spot just for you and 1-3 others. While we will always do our best to accommodate any scheduling conflicts, this model ensures you have a guaranteed time that fits your routine.
Note: In the event your reserved spot is unavailable due to clinic closures (e.g. holidays, weather, or provider absence), we will offer an alternative session or issue a partial refund for that month’s membership.
