One of our scoliosis exercise specialists will go over your history and curve to decide how to build a Pilates program that meets your specific modification needs and goals. Private Reformer Sessions: 45 min- $85 (Packages Available) After the initial visit, sessions are 45 minutes of specialized, fun, hard work, with peace of mind that your curve is in good hands! |
